The Barratt Redrow Bake Off has officially come to a showstopping close, and we have our winner!
Congratulations to Aaminah Patel from David Wilson Homes North West, who rose to the occasion and was crowned Barratt Redrow’s Top Baker at the Grand Finale, held at Bread Ahead Bakery in London on 11th November 2025. Special congratulations also go to Maddison Evans of Barratt David Wilson Homes Kent, who secured the runner-up spot.
Competing against the best bakers from across our divisions, Aaminah and Maddie impressed the judges with their tasty sourdough masterpieces.
Reflecting on the experience, Aaminah said:
It was a great experience visiting and having a tour of the Bread Ahead Bakery. I love baking and really enjoyed the final!
The Bake Off was held in partnership with our National Charity Partner, Whizz Kidz, and saw participation from 19 divisions nationwide. Through colleagues’ incredible efforts, and match funding from the Barratt Redrow Foundation, we raised £8,000 – enough to fund a powered wheelchair for a young person supported by Whizz Kidz.
