At the Barratt Redrow Foundation, we are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in our work. We believe that fostering a culture of inclusivity strengthens not only our Foundation but also the communities we serve.

Aligned with the Barratt Redrow plc’s approach to Diversity and Inclusion, we are proud to utilise their expertise and best practices as we work toward creating a more equal environment for our stakeholders. We are committed to evolving our approach to ensure our efforts reflect the diverse world we live in, and we understand that this is an ongoing journey.

As part of this commitment, we have developed a Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan to guide our initiatives, measure progress and hold ourselves accountable. This includes:

1. Completing and publishing a diversity analysis of the Foundation’s Trustees and team – a copy of which can be found here.
2. Actively consider areas where we can further improve representation of all aspects of diversity in future recruitment.
3. Participating in appropriate training to continue to learn and challenge ourselves.
4. Proactively engage with our funded partners on their approach to Diversity and Inclusion, with the aim of understanding how our charity partners are improving their own practice and working to reach underrepresented groups.
