Last week, 12 colleagues from Barratt Redrow’s Kent Division hosted an Aspiration Day at a local Magic Breakfast school, engaging with 38 pupils to spark curiosity about future careers.
By sharing their own career journeys, our colleagues helped inspire and empower the next generation, showing them the possibilities that lie ahead.
Magic Breakfast exists to ensure no child is too hungry to learn, supporting over 300,000 children and young people every day. Beyond providing breakfast, they also help students engage more in school and think about their futures. Through Aspiration Days, Magic Breakfast gives young people a look into the world of work, educating and inspiring them about the difference career paths they can take.
