Since 2019, we’ve proudly partnered with The Outward Bound Trust (OBT) to help improve social mobility in the communities where we build.
Through their life-changing residential courses, OBT equips young people with vital transferable skills – like teamwork, resilience, and confidence – that open doors to brighter futures. Our £2 million partnership will fund experiences for 5,904 young people, focusing on those living near our developments.
We are also encouraging Barratt Redrow colleagues to get involved through their ambassador programme – colleague ambassadors will join the courses as mentors, helping to guide, support, and inspire the next generation.
